Soapapilla Cheesecake

2 cans of crescent rolls
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter




Preheat oven to 350F. Press 1 can of crescent rolls into bottom of 9 X 13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla until creamy. Spread over rolls in pan. Cover with other can of rolls. Melt butter and stir in rest of sugar and cinnamon. Pour over top. Bake for 30 minutes. Can be served warm or room temperature.

After: I am not sure why it kinda exploded on the sides of my casserole dish this time, it doesn't normally do that! :o)

  1. Yummy.....we make this all the time and love, love, love it! I use it for business functions too....it's always a hit! Try it with a touch of honey drizzled over the top while it's still warm... double yummy!

  4. My mom gave me this recipe a long time ago and it's delightful! Mine explodes often around the edges but it doesn't matter because no explosion could make this desert bad! ;) Mmmmmmmmmmm!!!
